This home was recently remodeled by a local custom builder to reflect the true feel of the Rocky Mountains! Guests enjoy the location of this villa which is only a 1.5-mile drive to historic main street, or a 20-minute walk.
During ski season, there is ski access at the Beaver Run six chair or Quicksilver chair for experienced skiers on non-groomed trails. Ski-in access to Grand Vista Lodge is via expert terrain. Otherwise, the free shuttle will whisk guests to their chosen destination on the mountain for skiing, sledding, shopping and more. Grand Vista Lodge is located on a mature landscape with a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood.
Natural tones and textures make Grand Vista Lodge feel like part of the Colorado high-country. Vaulted ceilings, open great room, gas stone fireplace and floor to ceiling dramatic windows invite guests to make themselves feel at home. Shining wood floors and large brown beams give rooms a more intimate feel.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a dream for cooks and diners alike, with a large range and convenient breakfast bar. Gourmet cooks or hired chefs love the kitchen. It comes equipped with all professional appliances, granite countertops, and large island bar with stools at the breakfast bar.
The bedding configuration at Grand Vista Lodge includes a king bed in the master suite, king bed in the second master suite with private balcony and views of Peak 10 and large ensuite bathrooms with shower and large single tub. Guest bedrooms include trundle beds, twin beds and queen configurations.
The fun begins on the lower level with its large family room with TV, fireplace, shuffleboard, arcade table, and wet bar with seating, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Other amenities include two washers and dryers, a 1-bay garage, parking for 5 cars, electric vehicle charging station, Peloton exercise bicycle, mudroom, ski storage, and high-speed wireless internet.
